One of the most eagerly anticipated phones of 2012, the Apple iPhone 5 is likely to go back to the schedule of a June release at the annual Worldwide Developers’ Conference, as per Japan’s 2nd biggest security brokerage agency, Daiwa Securities.

Each model of the iPhone has typically seen a June release except for last year’s iPhone 4S, which hit retail shelves in October. WWDC was the event where ex- CEO Steve Jobs had shown off the apple iphone 3GS and iPhone 4 for the initial occasion and the fresh report seems to be in line with a few other speculation about the release date.

In an article, Daiwa mentioned that iPhone 5 would also feature a screen of “at least 4 ins” and the model would also be completely different from the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, particularly in terms of width and height.
