Indian batsman
Yuvraj Singh is struggling with
cancer and
undergoing “chemotherapy” in America. The Private TV channels revealed
this reports today, quoting
Yuvraj’s physio Jatin Choudhary.
[Yuvraj] Jatin Choudhary revealed that the cancer in Yuvraj Singh was
identified towards the end of October. Since it was identified in the
initial phase, no surgical treatment is needed and it will be cured in 3
phases of chemotherapy.
The radiation treatment will continue till March. So, it’s considered that Yuvraj Singh may be seen in action yet again towards the end of April. However, it’ll be too quickly to forecast that.Yuvraj Singh’s mom, Shabnam had declared on November 26, 2011 that the top cricketer had a “nonmalignant tumour” in his left lung.
Sahara India, which pulled out of BCCI and IPL after being refused a
substitute for ailing Yuvraj Singh, has made a decision to pay him full
even if he doesn’t play for Pune Warriors in the IPL 5.
